The Bazoobee Diet

It is about that time of year when I begin to think of all the great snacks I am missing. A large chocolate sundae is calling me.



Liquid meals are pushing me to the edge and pretty soon my mind will only be thinking of a tall large popcorn and drink at the theater later today watching Avatar and a box of candy to finish up the movie.

Yet I fear the crash after my food craving, hunting, eating and after the binge comes the crash cycle. I look for ways to understand: When You Crash Off Your Diet




However, dreams of sugar cookies and milk still dance in my head and my stomach. YUM!
